Kamal Gupta
Kamal Gupta Director Of KK Securities Ltd., member of NSE in trading segment since 1995, trading and self-clearing member in F&O segment of NSE since 2002/2003 and trading member in currency segment since 2008 and member of BSE in cash market since 2005 and F&O segment since 2011. KK Securities Ltd. has also been a DP with NSDL since 1998. Mr. Kamal Gupta has deep knowledge of capital markets and for this he was nominated on the “Committee Of Settlements Issues” (COSI) of NSCCL.



MR. SANJAY BANSAL
Auchitya Gupta Mr. Sanjay Bansal is the Director and CFO. He is B.Com (Hons.) and a Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has wide practical experience of over 32 years of the capital market and stock exchanges. He has earlier worked as Manager Finance in Bharat Petroleum Corp. Ltd.



MR. MUKESH RUSTAGI
Auchitya Gupta Mr. Mukesh Rustagi, Director Corp. is a B.Com and a Associate member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is also our Company Secretary. He has worked as Company Secretary with Vivek Financial Focus Ltd. and as Asst. Company Secretary with Paam Pharmaceuticals (Delhi) Ltd. He has wide practical experience of the commercial law and also experience of public/rights issues. He has the benefit of working with the highly professional Board of Directors of the Company. He is also the Compliance officer.



TILAK RAJ AGARWAL
Auchitya Gupta Shri T.R. Agarwal is a director of KK Securities Ltd. since June 2003. KK Securities Ltd. was incorporated on 14.07.1994. Its main object is to apply for and become member of stock exchanges. KK Securities Ltd. acquired membership of capital market segment of National Stock Exchange Of India Ltd.
