i). EARNINGS PER SHARE
The earnings considered in ascertaining the Company's EPS comprises the
profit available for shareholders (i.e. profit after tax and statutory
/ regulatory appropriations). The number of share used in computing
basic EPS is the weighted average number of share outstanding during
the year.
2. Figures of the previous year are regrouped and rearranged wherever
necessary to make them comparable with current year figures.
3. In the opinion of management, the Current Assets, Loans & Advances
are of the value state, if realized in the ordinary course of business.
4. The Company has not received any intimation from suppliers
regarding their status under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises
Development Act, 2006 and hence disclosures, if any, relating to
amounts unpaid as at the year end together with interest paid/payable
as required under the said Act have not been given.
