| 1. Due to Small Scale Industries:
As per the information available with the Company, no amount is due to
any Small Scale Industrial Undertaking in excess of Rs.1.00 Lakhs.
2. An amount of Rs. 60,71,949 is payable towards VAT & CST.
3. Confirmation of Closing Balances:
The balances of Sundry Debtors, Sundry Creditors, Loans and advances
payable or receivable are taken as per books and they are subject to
confirmation and reconciliation as the confirmation are awaited.
4. Figures of previous year have been regrouped, rearranged and
recited, wherever considered necessary.
