| Mapro Industries Ltd. (the company) is a public company domiciled in
India and incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.
Its shares are listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). During the year,
the company has been engaged in the execution of civil construction
contracts through sub-contracting. The company carries out its activity
in domestic markets only.

The Company is in the process of identifying the suppliers, who would
be covered under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development
Act, 2006. In this process the Company has given notice to its vendors/
suppliers to inform about whether any of them are registered under the
said Act. The Company has not yet received any information about such
registration from the vendors. Such information will be provided as and
when confirmation is received from them.
